Interns work directly alongside senior physiotherapists in the clinic day to day, learning how the practice runs and gaining hands-on experience helping patients — assisting with strength and conditioning programmes, helping patients through treatment, and supporting the design and evaluation of treatment plans, with some administrative work along the way.
Agape 物理治療實習生在 Agape 活力中心工作，能了解中心日常的運作，並獲得幫助患者的經驗。物理治療的實習包括：協助肌力與體能訓練，協助患者進行治療，以及設計和評估治療方案。

Interns should bring genuine interest in physiotherapy, along with the patience and empathy that patient care demands — recovery is often slow, and that matters more than raw clinical knowledge at this stage. Clear communication with patients and the team, plus the organisation to manage a varied caseload, round out what we look for.
